The Three After Healing Techniques are to be performed after receiving a healing or attunement. The three techniques are: The Rainbow Meditation, Epsom Salt Shower and Cutting the Etheric Cords.
Rainbow Meditation
The Rainbow meditation Clears, Balances, and Aligns all of the Chakras and the Aura. It should be performed for at least 7 days after a healing/attunement. To perform the Rainbow Meditation,
a. Ground yourself.
b. Protect yourself.
c. Call in your Guides and Angels to be here with you to help you clear, balance, and align all of your charkas and your aura.
d. “I intend to start the Rainbow Meditation”
e. I Call in the
ROYGABIV = Red, Orange, Yellow, Green Aquamarine, Blue, Indigo, and Violet.
f. Golden Violet Flame
i. Call in Archangel Zadkiel
ii. “I invoke the Golden-Violet-White flame of Archangel Zadkiel to engulf my entire being and transmute any energies no longer servicing me to the highest levels of Love and Light.”
iii. 4 Breaths
iv. “I am a being of the Golden-Violet-White fire. I am the Purity that God desires.” X3 So Be it.
v. I call in the Golden-Violet-White Flame of Archangel Zadkiel.

i. I call in Pleiadian Light Reiki to clear balance and align all of my Chakras and my Aura. When teaching others the Rainbow Meditation, just have them use White Light.
j. Thank your Guides and Angels – “Thank you Guides and Angels for being here with me to help me clear, balance and align all of my Chakras and my aura. I Love you and Respect you, and I ask that you continue to clear and negative, restrictive, unwanted, excess, or harmful energies from my entire being, and replace them with God’s White Light healing energy and Pleiadian Light Reiki. This will continue until I start my next healing endeavor tomorrow. So Be It!”
Epsom salt shower
The Epsom Salt Shower clears any electricity that is not your soul energy, unwanted energies or toxins from your entire being. This should be done within 48 hours after a treatment or attunement. To perform an Epsom salt shower
Cutting Etheric Cords
“I cut all the etheric cords.” Swipe down front of body, back of head, and then back.
